Alleged serial killer, David Gracious West, was yesterday nabbed by the police in Rivers State. According to report, 26 year old David West ,from Buguma LGA of the State, is a member of the Degbam cult group. He was arrested along East-West Road en-route to Uyo from Port Harcourt.
