Fast rising gospel female singer TY drops a new song titled “Higher”, in worship to God.
TY ministry desire to inspire people into the presence of God through worship and praise, her songs are drawn from a genuine love for God.
TY’s musical style is a fusion of Contemporary and African gospel music.
TY was born in Lagos Nigeria hail from Oyo state, Afijio LGA, Had her primary and secondary school in Lagos. Then attended the federal Polytechnic Nasarawa, Nasarawa state to study Environmental science.
Oluwatoyin Mafaitan also known as TY is also an alumni of the prestigious Music Society of Nigeria (MUSON) Onikan Lagos.
Her musical journey started at the age of ten where she was a member of a children’s music club and has been a member of several choirs. TY has worked with several artists and has written and composed commercial jingles for SKYE Bank, WEMA Bank, Political jingles etc.
A Vocal coach, Recording artist, Events and customer service, TY is a performing and vocal studio artist. She is currently based in Accra Ghana.
