Homemade Remedies For Acne

Acne is a problem that occurs not only in puberty but also later in life. There are many medications, creams and moisturizers Used in treatment of acne. But they come with a lot of side effects.

Therefore, it is best to treat acne with natural treatments such as herbal essential oils. Herbal essential oil helps to reduce aggravations. These oils have proven  to be effective in the treatment of acne;

1)Tea tree oil:   Tea tree oil has anti-inflammatory properties and prevents acne. Apart from the face, you can use it on the skin of the whole body.  A few drops is enough and can be used several times a day.

2)Lavender oil:   This oil is viable for the entire body. It forestalls skin acne and furthermore influences the scars brought about by skin acne and different aggravations.

3)Oregano oil: Oregano oil contains a very high percentage of phenol. Phenol is an ingredient with powerful anti-inflammatory properties that protects the skin.  For best results, dissolve 2-3 drops in another oil, such as jojoba oil or coconut oil, and apply to the affected areas.

4)Rosemary oil:   Rosemary is a plant that has potential health benefits . Rosemary oil helps to improve memory, lower blood pressure and remove acne and spots from the skin.

For best results, mix 3-4 drops of oregano oil with tea tree oil and apply on the affected  areas.
