MUSIC: EWonder – Reckless Love (Cover)

Porthacourt-based singer-songwriter Edith Isesele also known as eWonder is an Edo State born passionate worship Leader. She is the Lead Vocalist at Rccg Spirit Breed and an uprising gospel artist with a powerful sonorous vocal dexterity that keeps her audience spell bound each time she takes up the stage.

Ewonder began leading worship at her local church at a very tender age. Her major music influences are Sinach and Tasha Cobbs, as she’s fondly called. She’s a winner of Port Harcourt’s biggest talent show, PH Shift 2017.

She launches into the musical scene with a cover of Cory Asbury’s “Reckless Love” which she decides to bring home in our local parlance as ” Ogbonge Luv”. It is a blend of the Nigerian pidgin and a bit of Igbo language simplifying the lyrical meaning of the song making it easy for us to relate completely to the depth of God’s love.

Ewonder carries a passion to lead people into encounters with the Father through sincere, deep and intimate worship. Her Contemporary/Prophetic Worship Style is marked by rich spontaneous moments in God’s presence.

This burning desire has thus pointed her to this path with the release of this cover song coming out on the 1st of June,2019, with many more to be birthed.
