Raising Godly Children

Pastor Seun Oyedokun – Raising Godly Children (Dedicating your Children to God’s Alter).  Pastor Seun is an international seasonal preacher, presently based in Abuja, Nigeria. He is the coordinating Pastor of the youth fellowship of the First Square Gospel Church Asokoro, Abuja.

It was a great privilege and honour to have him preached at the child’s dedication of Pastor Murphy Abraham, the senior pastor and general oversea of The Gate of Heaven Fire Pentecostal Ministry Hdqrts, Abuja.

In this sermon, Pastor Seun Oyedokun said the only and surest way to raise Godly children is to dedicate your children to God. We dedicate our children to God in order to get God committed and responsible for the well being of our children.

Pastor Seun highlighted the two major types of dedication we have: Satanic dedication and Godly dedication, and he mentioned the consequences of satanic dedication (premature death of career, business, destiny, etc). He also talked on the benefits of dedicating your children to God (security of life, destiny, career, etc) if you dedicate your child to God, God will make your child a role model like Samuel in the bible. Raising Godly children, is to commit your children to God’s hand, in order to get God commuted to them.

He concluded by mentioning the constant activities you must get involved in to renew and keep your Godly dedication, and how to get your foundation repaired in case you’ve been previously dedicated to any satanic alter.
