Oluwatobi Aluko – Aaro Ule (FREE MP3 DOWNLOAD)

One of the things that distinguishes Ekiti indigenes all over the world is their desire to come home to greet families and friends, again have the taste of ‘Iyan ukoko and eran ugbe’ and then pack some local soup recipes like ‘Uru’ ‘epo’, and ‘orogbo’ e.t.c. ‘Aaro Ule’ is a folklore, garnished with western scales. It’s an Ekiti home-coming song, born out of the nostalgic feelings of good old days at home and also encourages successful Ekiti sons and daughters to give back to the community, ensure unity and peaceful coexistence, especially among political parties, with encomiums and greetings to all and sundry.
Oluwatobi Gbenga, Aluko (OGA) is a song writer, composer, music theorist and instrumentalist. He is basically a gospel minister and many of his composed songs have been recorded in his wife’s album titled ‘Erujeje’ and aired recently in many radio stations in southwest Nigeria. He is registered and practicing Civil Engineer and a lecturer in Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti, Nigeria. He is happily married and blessed with lovely Children.
