It depicts the mercies the Lord showers on us accompanied with His blessings, miracles etc,despite all of our shortcomings, He still chooses to liberate His mercies over and over.
This song is a very prophetic song, that came as a dream within the days of my Holy Week (my Spiritual Workout).
