Outrage As Police Uncover Another Islamic House Of Torture In Kaduna, Rescue 147 Victims

The police have busted another illegal Islamic rehabilitation centre in Rigasa, area of Kaduna state.
About 147 victims including 22 females and 4 foreigners were rescued from the centre known as Mallam Niga rehabilitation center while the owner of the centre was whisked away by security operatives for interrogation.
Some of the victims were met in chains.
This time, the state governor, Mr Nasir El-Rufai, was present as security operatives stormed the illegal facility in Igabi Local Government Area of the state.
