Port Harcourt Serial killer Arrested By Police

Alleged serial killer, David Gracious West, was yesterday nabbed by the police in Rivers State.

According to report, 26 year old David West ,from Buguma LGA of the State, is a member of the Degbam cult group. He was arrested along East-West Road en-route to Uyo from Port Harcourt. Below is his confession.
